Y. W. Nesari, an Iranian author, lives in the United States and practices law as a licensed attorney. Nesari, first and foremost, claims to be a blessed individual for having been the recipient of two blessings: the Newness of the sun (N) and the Knowing of a limitless heart (K). He has been a renowned and highly respected member of the legal community for twenty years. In the last two decades, as a licensed attorney, he has brilliantly defended and litigated the rights of individuals in immigration court proceedings. He is also an adjunct faculty member, teaching U.S. Constitution and Civil Liberties as well as Immigration Nationality Law at an accredited university in Virginia. He is currently working with former judges and policy writers on bringing innovative changes to the Immigration Court system through video evidencing and practical reform that would enhance delivery of justice and due process.
